Cons Instructions were badly translated from Frewware, and, contrary to what the OP said, totally unintuitive. Sexually explicit or offensive language.
It doesn't hurt to run a sync job twice, the second time as a "Binary" verification that everything copied flawlessly, but I've never found any errors in the copied files.
